In the vibrant city of Berlin, Germany, something exciting unfolded on January 20, 2023 – the very first transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project, “Re.Ma. Remote Management for SMEs”. Metalaxis from the Czech Republic, ECTE – European Center in Training for Employment from Greece, and LDI from Germany joined forces to kickstart a project with a clear goal: to help SME managers become pros at remote management strategies and tools.
The meeting was all about getting down to business. Here’s what went down:
1. **Checking Out Remote Management Practices**: The gang dug into what’s already out there in terms of remote management tools and strategies. They shared what’s been working well and what could use a bit of fine-tuning. The goal? To make remote management work even better for SMEs.
2. **Seeing Where SMEs Stand with Remote Management**: They took a close look at SMEs in their regions to see how ready they are for remote management. By sharing reports and insights, they figured out what challenges SMEs might face and how they can help them tackle these hurdles.
3. **Listing the Must-Have Skills for SME Managers**: They brainstormed all the skills SME managers need to rock remote management. From mastering virtual communication to using digital tools like a pro, they made a checklist to make sure SME managers are ready for anything.
As ideas flew and plans started to take shape, it was clear that everyone was on the same page. Each partner brought their own expertise to the table, making the collaboration rich and full of possibilities.
As the meeting wrapped up, there was a buzz of excitement in the air. The Erasmus+ project “Re.Ma. Remote Management for SMEs” was off to a great start. With teamwork and innovation, they’re set to help SMEs thrive in a world where distance is no barrier to success.
